Primary activity: – Holographic lithography for the realization of fine pitch periodic patterns to be used
in the field of photonic crystals;
– Micro/nanostructuring of lithium niobate substrates by holographic lithography,
overpoling and selective etching for applications in the field of photonic crystals;
– Optical characterization of materials and devices by interferometric techniques.
Main experiences acquired: Optics; Interferometry; Microlithography; Microstructuring; Ferroelectric materials; Electro-optic materials.
