On June 12 at 11:00 AM, the headquarters of the CNR National Institute of Optics hosted a significant ceremony to honor the memory of Fortunato Tito Arecchi, one of the most illustrious scientists in the field of laser and optical physics. During the event, the institute’s teaching room was officially dedicated to Arecchi, and a new plaque was inaugurated in his memory.
